General IT Support Services

 

ISCI IT capabilities include general management services, and the operation maintenance support in specialized technical area to provide a full range of operation maintenance support systems, services and support for implemented and/or deployed system and solutions.

 

In this General Information Technology core competency area we provide Program Management Support, Software Engineering, Information Assurance and Security, System Support Operations and Independent Verification and Validation of other major system implementations to provide essential knowledgeable operational oversight.  Additionally, the ISCI team is capable of providing evaluation, planning, development, delivery and integration of systems, solutions, technical support, ongoing operations support and maintenance for those core IT requirements all organizations require. 

 

Engineering Support Services  

Provide support for users including: requests for information, notifications, and change requests utilizing automated tools for routing, tracking, analysis, and follow-up reporting procedures.  Capability includes manning 24/7 operations both on-site and off-site for:

Manage and provide resources to operate Network Operations Security Centers (NOSC).

Sustain and maintain the existing information systems for the users and providing network administration for the computer information network system. 

Network Engineering

Assess existing computer information networks and the degree to which the information network satisfies user needs.
