 EXPERIENCE:

Cape Fox Professional Services is building Reduce and Delete Xtreme (RaDX) automated Enterprise Architecture Environment for the Army CIO/G6. RaDX consists of process and methodology to access how legacy systems and programs migrate to a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). RaDX leverages the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) Reference Models; Data Reference Model (DRM), Service Reference Model (SRM), Technical Reference Model (TRM), Business Reference Model (BRM) and Performance Reference Model (PRM). RaDX first conducts a Best of Breed (BoB) Gap Analysis of Legacy Systems and Programs in comparison with the LandWarnet CONOPS, DOD Enterprise Architecture, DoD Data Strategy, Net-Centric Enterprise Services (NCES), Future Combat Systems (FCS), Net –Enabled Command Capability (NECC), Distributed Common Ground Systems-Army (DCGS-A) and Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) to  determine the appropriate Reference Models that needs to be created or leveraged to support the transition of the legacy systems or programs. Once the Reference Models are created, the automated environment generates SOA compliant web services to be deployed to either NCES SOA Foundation or the Army SOA Foundation

MACHINING CENTERS

2 - HAAS VF-3 with rotary table and KWIK-CLAMP Systems

1 - HAAS VF-2 with rotary table and KWIK-CLAMP System

1 - JOHN FORD VMC with Vertical KWIK-CLAMP

CFPS’S Vertical Machining Centers have 20” X 40” Tables and

Z Axis travel of 20”.  Three out of four of the VMC’S are equipped

with HAAS Rotary Tables and 4th Axis KWIK-CLAMP units.  All of

the VMC’s are equipped with Vertical KWIK-CLAMP units.

Our machining centers our capable of machining parts from

1 ounce to 100 lbs in any form (bar stock, forgings, castings, etc.).

Our patented KWIK-CLAMP system allows us to machine five sides

of any part without ever removing the part from the fixture.  It

also allows us to offer excellent lead times and pricing by allowing

us the ability to easily accomplish JIT delivery.

TURNING CENTERS

1 - VIPER with automatic bar feeder and parts catcher

1 - JOHN FORD TC-35

1 - LEADWELL TC

Our Turning Centers have the ability to produce large and small

volume production.  Our Viper has a bar-feeder and part catching

system with a 3” through bar.  This can be used for high volume

unattended machining.  Our John Ford can handle parts up to 16”

in diameter and 24” long.  Our Leadwell produces small parts large

or small quantity.  Our 3 turning centers allow us the ability to

fulfill a wide range or our customers requirements.

E.D.M.

1 - BROTHER EDM

Our Brother EDM has a work envelope 10” X 16” X 6” high.  It is

a wire EDM and we currently use it in many applications.  Our

most common application is the removal of large sections of

inconel and other nickel alloys prior to milling.

MANUAL EQUIPMENT

2 - K.O. LEE GRINDERS

1 - ACER MANUAL MILLING MACHINE

1 - ENGINE LATHE

1 - PUNCH PRESS
