CEO – Dennis J. Rudden

Mr. Rudden is the founder of DJR Associates, Inc. and the current CEO/President.  He holds a BS degree from Southern Illinois University as well as an MS degree in Administration and Finance from Hood College.  Mr. Rudden is an 8 year Vietnam Era Navy veteran with over 35 years experience in Naval Command and Control and Weapons Systems.

COO – Robert "Butch" Munal

Robert “Butch” Munal is the Chief Operations Officer for DJR Associates. He has twenty years of engineering experience. Butch received his B.S. in Physics and Mathematics from East Tennessee State University, Johnson City Tennessee. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration as well. As Chief Operations Officer, Butch is based out of the Bristol office and supports our Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts through The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory.

CFO / Director IT Services – Peter G. Mason

Peter G. Mason is the Chief Financial Officer for DJR Associates and also leads the IT Services section. He was one of the first employees hired when the company was founded and has more than twenty years of engineering experience. Peter is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland where he received his B.A. in Physics. He later attended Loyola College of Maryland, Baltimore, Maryland where he earned his Master of Engineering Science-Electrical Engineering. Peter is currently based out of our Frederick office in his corporate and engineering support for the Applied Physics Laboratory.

VP Engineering Services – Paul D. Rumsey

Paul D. Rumsey is the Vice President of Engineering Services. He has twenty two year of engineering experience. Paul received an A.S. in Electronics Technology and a B.S. in Electronics Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Illinois. Additionally he has a M.S. Acquisition and Contracts Management from West Coast University, Los Angeles, California. Paul is based out of our Bristol office, and supports our engineering efforts for the SN Group of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
