David Roodberg is a successful CEO, COO and CFO of privately held real estate companies with over 30 years experience including responsibilities for all areas of the business and family offices.  David was CEO of Horning for over 20 years, President of Menkiti Group and COO/CFO of Combined Properties. 

David has led award-winning organizations, projects and non-profits throughout his career.  David has wide ranging skills and experience, including overall corporate strategic planning, organizational structure and mentoring.  David is a recognized expert on housing issues with additional experience in retail, office and mixed use. David has led cross functional organizations with responsibilities for Finance, Development, Asset Management, Property Management, Leasing and Acquisitions. 

David has led the successful development of complex mixed-use projects that have included structures with public/private partnerships, New Market Tax Credits, Low Income Housing Tax Credits and other creative financing strategies. 

David’s family office experience includes responsibilities for succession planning, estate planning, tax planning, investments and philanthropy as well as developing strategies to maximize financial and strategic benefits for both the business and family members.
